BUGANDA’s official Radio station, The Central Broadcasting Services –CBS FM it’s ranks are deteriorating day by day. The once mighty Buganda station seems now to be living in it’s shadow.One of the Famous prgrammes on Kabaka Mutebi’s station is the ‘Kalisoliiso’, that airs Mondays-Fridays -7:30 AM-8:00 AM.Kato Lubwama, Abby Mukiibi and Abu Kawenja era some of the brains behind the programme. In fact, it’s from this proggie that slain former Lubaga South Legislator, Kato Lubwama rose to prominence. His jokes coupled with his love for FEDERALISM, worn many hearts on his listeners all over Uganda, but in particular Lubaga South voters. Kato could then team up with Lord Mayor Lukwago’s Truth & Justice -TJ wing and his newly formed SOLIDA to win the sit in 2016, beating John Kenny Lukyamuzi –The Man. HOW CAN ABBY MUKIIBI REPLACE KATO WITH A TOM BOY?It was all jokes when fellow Presenter and the head of content at CBS FM, Abby Mukiibi Nkaaga, recruited a tom boy, and little known gal from Mukono, by the names of Baagala Peace Dianne to replace Kato Lubwama. According to pundits, Baagala is not even a quarter of Kato Lubwama.Sources at CBS have revealed to us that Kato and Mukiibi were once bitter rivals, and that it reached a time when they wanted to kill themselves. Mukiibi wanted Kato to quit the station for the reasons better known by themselves. CBS FM employees say Abby Mukiibi is a very controversial man who is hard to work with. He sees himself as if he’s the owner of the station, despising other workers.In 2021, Kato had hoped to serve his second term in Parliament, telling his voters, “Luli mwanonda ne ngénda ndya, mmuddeemu munonde tulye ffenna”, literally meaning The other time you voted me and I went to eat, this time voite for me so that we can eat together. In an effort to enhance the Parish Development Model programme in Kampala, KCCA in partnership with Opportunity Bank International have trained a total of 115 leaders, including,  Parish Chiefs, District Commercial Officers and Twon Agents.These have been equipped with various business skills such that they can use them to also train the masses who are organised in their respective SACCOS before they can be given PDM money to improve their businesses. While talking to reporters , Abamu Shapuri the project Officer at Opportunity Bank International under the Agricultural Finance Department said that the training of people is of paramount importance because a huge people do not have the financial skills to utilise the money.He said that 39% of the people in Kampala are financially excluded from the money economy because they don’t know from where, how and for what to borrow the money.He advised that government should stay the disbursement of the PDM money until when people have been trained and equipped with skills of investing in the different small businesses and also encourage them to embrace the culture of saving.The chief Relations Officer of Opportunity Bank International  (Uganda) Amos Bonna said that as a social Bank, the are aiming at moving households into the money economy but this can be achieved through the ideql of Business Support Agent Model which he called a walking stick to the Parish Chiefs.Bonna also said that the training has been tailored to ward tackling the two pillars of the PDM, that is the Financial Inclusion and Mindset change which has been a huge challenge in implementation of the program.” This training was geared to wards equipping the Parish Chiefs and their Commercial Officers in Kampala with skills through the Bank’s Business Support Agent Model which they will use as a walking stick in the implementation of the PDM.” Bonna said. He further said the bank has tried the Business Support Agent Model in the different branches Ghana, Malawi and other African countries were they are operating and it has worked.Jemba Nasser the assistant Ward Administrator from Makindye Divition who attended the training said that the PDM is facing a number of challenges for instance most people are only mindful of getting cash and they don’t what to attend trainings.Heading: PARISH CHIEFS TRAINED AND EQUIPPED WITH DPM SKILLS

CITY and Maverick lawyer Hassan Male Mabiriizi is reportedly fled
Uganda to neighboring Kenya after criminal sermons were ordered
against him. The controversial lawyer is at crossroads. This comes
after he waged a war with chief Justice Owiny Dollo, Attorney General,
Kiryowa Kiwanuka and Justice Musa Ssekaana.

We have been told that before Ssekaana gave his ruling to incarcerate
Mabiriizi for 18 months (1 year and a half) after he failed to pay sh.
300M, the city lawyer had thought of Plan B. In this Mabiriizi, wanted
to trick Ssekaana by barring him to give any ruling on him until
further notice.
Our reliable sources have revealed that Mabiriizi is now in a sorry
state. He is now reportedly have fled Uganda on after the ruling at
night, our sources reveal he might have gone by a bus or his small
‘Toyota Corolla’ with his usual driver. While other sources say that
he his either hiding at his friend’s home, Isaac Ssemakadde or at his
residence in Mulago or at Kawaala.

‘I’M MORE INTELLIGENT THAN MABIRIIZI’ – JUSTICE SSEKAANA
But Justice Musa Ssekaana was also wise. On Wednesday he called a few
journalists in a court room at Twed towers at Nakasero. Before he
came, he ordered his body guard to instead tell journalists that they
should go at his chambers up on the same building. As he narrated,
“That ka-man Mabiriizi thinks he is more intelligent than me, I know
all his plans for Friday, that’s why I have given this ruling
today…..he has to feel that I’m a justice. I’m tired of his games…”

IS MABIRIIZI A CURSED MAN?

Many people have been questioning the credibility and whom does
Mabiriizi work for. Some say he is a state project while others say he
is working for certain private persons as he is a ‘Lawyer to hire’.
Our reliable sources reveal that Mabiriizi is being haunted by the
ghosts of his late father, Mabiriizi Hassan. It is said that before
his death, he cursed him that he will never be peaceful in life as
they got misunderstandings. Mabiriizi is not married and he says he’s
ok with it, he changes wives as if he is changing clothes. Wait for

We have been reliably told that a few journalists such as Kasuku and Ibrah.K. Mukasa, who brags about as being ‘Atagejja, Atakogga’ have been invited.

Bujjingo, who some social media in-laws call Hajji, is slated to officially be unveiled to the family of his longtime bonkmate and workmate at Salt Media, Susan Makula Nantaba at a Private House.

This ceremony will be heavily guarded to avoid any confrontation by the worrying parties, including Bujjingo’s dumped wife, Naluswa.

The two will then wait for a court decision to anull Bujjingo’s formal relationship with Naluswa to do a wedding and an introduction ceremony!

One of the reasons that Bujjingo accuses Naluswa is disrespect to his Rwandese family and allegedly denying him sex at night!

The territorial police in Kisoro, has in custody, two suspects, who were captured in a video that went viral, allegedly participating in acts of public nuisance. The duo appeared to be indulging in acts of street sex, along the road in Kisoro Municipality.

The duo who include; Hafashimana Paskari, a 29 year old, male adult, and bodaboda rider of Migeshi village, Rwaramba parish and Muhawenimana Colodine Mukamulenzi, a 24 year old, female adult of Nyakinama subcounty in Kisoro District.
They will be charged in court with public nuisance due to their acts of annoyance to the public.
