Uganda Police Force has issued a statement on the arrest of Bobi Wine’s (Leader of People movement),Hon.Francis Zzaake Butebi also member of parliament for Mityana municipality for allegedly distributing food to residents of Buswabulongo in Mityana,this act according to Police is contrary to president Museveni’s directives, Zzaake will be charged with ‘disobedience of lawful orders’, according to Museveni,food should not be distributed by private individuals but rather by the government COVID-19 taskforce.
